Account Opening Executive – Mutual Fund

Job Title: Service Support Executive – Mutual Fund (KYC & Account Opening)

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Service Support Executive to handle Mutual Fund KYC documentation, account opening, and client servicing for HNI clients. The ideal candidate should have experience in mutual fund operations, strong documentation skills, and good communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle KYC documentation for mutual fund clients (HNI preferred)
• Support account opening, folio creation, and account maintenance
• Manage client documentation and ensure accuracy of records
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of applications
• Maintain data entry and record tracking systems
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines
• Assist in transaction processing such as SIP, redemption, and switches (if required)

Requirements:

• Graduate (Mandatory)
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience in Mutual Fund / PMS / Financial Services preferred
• Knowledge of KYC, CKYC, FATCA documentation
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work with deadlines and handle multiple tasks

Preferred Experience:

• Mutual Fund account opening / KYC / back office operations
• Experience with AMC, RTA (CAMS/KFintech), or wealth management firms

Salary: ₹21,000 Gross per month

Notice Period: Immediate joiners (10–15 days preferred)
