🎯 Position:

Packaging Executive We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Packaging Executive to join our tea packaging and production team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth packaging operations, maintaining quality standards, and supporting daily production activities.

• ✅ Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily tea packaging operations.
• Ensure accurate packing, sealing, labeling, and batch coding.
• Monitor packaging quality and maintain production standards.
• Coordinate with production staff to achieve daily targets.
• Maintain packaging records and production reports.
• Ensure cleanliness and compliance with GMP and safety guidelines.
• Minimize packaging material wastage and improve efficiency.
• Support machine operators during production and packaging activities.
• Assist in inventory management of packaging materials.

• 🎓 Requirements:
• Minimum Higher Secondary
• MCG, food, tea, or packaging industry preferred.
• Basic knowledge of packaging machinery and production processes.
• Good communication and team management skills.
• Ability to work in shifts and handle production targets.
