Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate with transportation vendors, operations, and procurement teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Monitor daily transportation performance and prepare MIS reports.

Resolve operational and vendor-related issues promptly.

Ensure transportation services are delivered as per agreed timelines and commitments.

Maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Use MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Filters, etc.).

Required Skills:

1–2 years of experience in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, or Operations.

Good verbal and written communication skills in English and one regional language.

Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Strong coordination, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
