Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and participate in tendering processes through the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) Portal.
  • Search, analyze, and identify relevant tenders and bidding opportunities.
  • Prepare, review, and submit bids, quotations, and tender documents within stipulated deadlines.
  • Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and internal teams for obtaining required documents and pricing.
  • Upload invoices, delivery details, and other necessary documents on the GeM portal.
  • Monitor bid status, order processing, and contract execution.
  • Ensure compliance with tender requirements, terms, and conditions.
  • Handle order acceptance, dispatch coordination, and payment follow-ups.
  • Maintain records of tenders, bids, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Resolve portal-related issues and coordinate with GeM support when required.


Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of GeM Portal operations and government procurement processes.
  • Experience in tender preparation and bid submission.
  • Good understanding of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.


Preferred Qualification:

  • Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BA, or equivalent).
  • 1–3 years of experience in GeM/Tender Management.
