Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with financial service processes and documentation.
- Maintain customer records and ensure accurate data entry.
- Coordinate with clients regarding account-related services and follow-ups.
- Handle customer queries professionally through phone, email, and in person.
- Prepare reports and maintain operational records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
Eligibility: Any Graduate (BA, B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BCA, BE/B.Tech, MBA, MCA, or equivalent). Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills in English.
- Basic computer and typing skills.
- Willingness to learn financial services operations.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
Salary: ₹17,000–₹20,500 per month (Based on interview performance)
