Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities

•      Manage the complete accounting function including P&L, balance sheet, and MIS reporting

•      Handle day-to-day accounting operations using Tally

•      Oversee GST filing, taxation, and statutory compliance

•      Manage bank reconciliation, cash flow, and fund management

•      Lead, manage, and delegate work to a team of 5–6 experienced accounts personnel, reviewing team output and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning

•      Ensure accurate and timely closing of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts

•      Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government departments as required

•      Prepare financial reports and MIS for management review

•      Implement and improve internal controls and accounting processes

Requirements

•      Graduate (B.Com) or equivalent

•      5+ years of experience in accounting/finance, preferably in manufacturing

•      Strong hands-on experience with Tally and complete book-keeping (P&L, balance sheet, MIS)

•      Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances

•      Proven ability to handle and manage a team of 5–6 experienced accounts professionals, with strong delegation and people-management skills

•      Strong analytical and organizational skills

•      Good communication skills for coordinating across departments, auditors, and banks

•      Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
