Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Basti for a Telecaller at Bajaj Finserv. The Telecaller will be responsible for communicating with customers to explain financial products and services, resolving queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and generating leads for lending, insurance, and advisory services. The role requires adherence to company policies and meeting performance targets through effective customer interactions.

• QualificationsExcellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Proficiency in customer service, lead generation, and query resolution
• Ability to work with basic computer applications and telecommunication tools
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Prior experience in sales or tele-calling is advantageous but not mandatory
• Ability to work in a team and meet performance targets
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus
