Job Description
Open Position: Account Process Executive (Tally Software Voice Process)
Introduction: We are looking for passionate resources to join our team as an Account Process Executive. If you love solving problems and helping customers succeed, you're just who we need.
What You'll Learn:·
1:- Basics of Tally and setting up company accounts.
2:- Advanced inventory management techniques.
3:- Domain GST, E-invoice, E-way bill, TDS and TCS in Tally.
4:- Generating insightful financial reports.
5:- Practical tips and tricks for the efficient use of Tally.
What You'll Do:·
1:- Provide top-notch support for Tally users, helping them navigate through their accounting challenges.
2:- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues via Inbound calls.
3:- Collaborate with our tech team to improve Tally based on customer feedback.
4:- Keep our knowledge base updated with new solutions and tips.
What We're Looking For:·
Qualification: B. Com, M. Com, MBA
Languages: English and Hindi
