Job Description:We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Ice Cream Parlour Assistant to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in preparing ice cream-based desserts and must be comfortable performing ground-level kitchen tasks on a daily basis.

• Key Responsibilities:Prepare Ice Cream Sundaes, shakes, desserts, and specialty ice cream items
• Prepare pizza and other fast food items as per standard recipes
• Handle and operate OTG and Microwave ovens safely and efficiently
• Assist in preparation of various ice cream food items and toppings
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen and work area
• Follow food safety standards and quality guidelines
• Support day-to-day kitchen operations and assist team members as required
• Perform all hands-on and ground-level kitchen work without hesitation
• Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in ice cream parlour, dessert kitchen, café, or similar food outlet
• Hands-on experience in ice cream sundae preparation and dessert making
• Knowledge of pizza preparation and fast-food items
• Experience operating OTG and Microwave
• Willingness to perform multi-tasking and physically active kitchen duties
• Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety
• Team player with a positive and hardworking attitude
• Preferred Skills:Ability to work under pressure during peak hours
