Junior Counselor

We are looking for a Junior Counselor / Trainee who wants to build a career in study abroad consulting. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who have strong communication skills and are eager to learn. Role includes-

1. Counseling, Coordination and conducting of the entire abroad education process. Communication with students for the same.

2. Creating, maintaining and coordinating with company partners and students for abroad education process. Handling the application form and visa processes of the students.

3. Maintaining CRM and updation of student records

4. Ensuring smooth on boarding of students and handling their queries. Writing emails and cover letters to associates and students.

Qualifications

• Abroad Counseling, Student Counseling skills
• Knowledge about various countries, universities, and courses.
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to provide personalized guidance based on individual student need

Key Skills

Written and spoken english is a MUST, experience into abroad education field, career counseling, Written Communication, English, Education Administration, student visa process preferred.
