Admission Counsellor

CodeMines Computer Institute is a leading IT training institute focused on preparing students for successful careers in the technology industry. We offer job-oriented programs in Python Full Stack Development, Generative AI, Data Analytics, Digital Marketing, Tally, Advanced Excel, and other in-demand technologies.

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Admission Counselor who can guide prospective students, convert inquiries into admissions, and deliver an excellent admission experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, website, social media, and walk-in students.
• Contact webinar registrations and follow up promptly to maximize conversions.
• Counsel students and parents regarding suitable courses based on their career goals.
• Explain course curriculum, certifications, training methodology, placement assistance, fee structure, and batch schedules.
• Convert leads into admissions by building trust and addressing student concerns.
• Schedule demo lectures and ensure student attendance.
• Follow up regularly with prospective students until admission.
• Maintain accurate records of all leads, follow-ups, admissions, and payments in Excel or CRM.
• Coordinate with trainers and management for batch scheduling and student onboarding.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Build long-term relationships with students and provide excellent pre-admission support.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, Email, and WhatsApp Business.
• Ability to work with admission targets.
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
