Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Executive to manage inventory, store operations, and material movement at our mining site. The ideal candidate should have experience in industrial or mining stores, strong inventory management skills, and knowledge of ERP/Tally systems.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate records of mining equipment, spare parts, tools, lubricants, and consumables.
• Handle inward and outward material transactions with proper documentation.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely procurement of critical materials.
• Perform daily, monthly, and annual stock verification.
• Coordinate with the Purchase, Maintenance, and Site teams for material requirements.
• Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), issue slips, stock reports, and inventory records.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of materials.
• Maintain FIFO and inventory control procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards and store housekeeping.
• Report inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

• QualificationGraduate in any discipline (B.Com/BBA preferred).
• Diploma in Material Management or Supply Chain will be an added advantage.

Preferred CandidateCandidates with prior experience in mining, cement, steel, heavy engineering, or industrial stores will be preferred.
