Job Description
Field Sales Executive – Fenestration Industry
Position Summary Responsible for driving sales of window, door, and façade systems (uPVC/aluminium) by generating leads, building relationships with key stakeholders, and closing deals within an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through market visits, referrals, and cold outreach
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, contractors, developers, and dealers/channel partners
- Conduct site visits to understand project requirements and take measurements
- Present product solutions (technical specs, glass options, finishes) tailored to customer needs
- Prepare and share quotations in coordination with the design/estimation team
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales while maintaining margin targets
- Follow up on open leads/quotations through to order finalization
- Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and submit regular sales reports to management
- Track competitor activity, pricing, and market trends in the territory
Requirements
- Graduate (Engineering/Architecture/Business preferred)
- 0–5 years of sales experience, preferably in fenestration, building materials, or construction industry
- Basic technical understanding of window/door systems and glass
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license
