Job Description
- Common responsibilitiesFind and approach potential customers.
- Explain different loan products (personal loans, home loans, business loans, vehicle loans, etc.).
- Assess customer needs and eligibility.
- Collect and verify required documents.
- Help customers complete loan applications.
- Coordinate with the credit and operations teams until the loan is disbursed.
- Build relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Meet monthly or quarterly sales targets.
- Skills requiredGood communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic knowledge of banking and finance.
- Customer service skills.
- Ability to work under sales targets.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software).
