Senior Graphic Designer

THE ROLE

You will be the visual backbone of our agency — working across brand identity, campaign collaterals, digital creatives, social media, print, and pitch presentations. This is not a follower role. You will shape creative direction, own your projects, and have your work seen and celebrated.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

•    Conceptualise and design high-impact creatives for brand campaigns, digital media, OOH, and print

•    Develop and maintain brand identity systems for clients across diverse industries

•    Lead the visual direction of projects from brief to final delivery

•    Collaborate closely with copywriters, digital marketers, and video editors for integrated campaigns

•    Create compelling pitch decks, agency presentations, and client proposals

•    Guide and mentor junior designers on craft, consistency, and creative thinking

•    Ensure brand quality and design standards across all client deliverables

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

•    3–5 years of graphic design experience in an advertising agency or creative studio

•    Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign — non-negotiable

•    Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, campaign design, and digital creatives

•    Sharp instincts for typography, colour, layout, and visual hierarchy

•    Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without compromising quality

•    Confident in presenting and defending creative decisions to clients and colleagues

BONUS SKILLS

•    Motion graphics or basic video editing capability

•    Figma or Adobe XD for UI/UX work

•    Familiarity with digital ad formats and platform-specific creative specs

•    Experience with Tamil Nadu or South India market campaigns
