We are looking for an *Experienced Male Accounts Executive* to join our team.

### Eligibility Criteria:

* Minimum *5 years of relevant experience* in accounting and finance.

* Sound knowledge of accounting principles, GST compliance, and accounting standards.

* Proficiency in Busy, MS Excel, and accounting software.

* Experience in managing inventory records, customer profiles, receivables, and debtor accounts.

### Key Responsibilities:

* Day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.

* Preparation of invoices and maintenance of sales/purchase records.

* Bank reconciliation and monitoring of banking transactions.

* Updating and maintaining books of accounts.

* Follow-up with debtors for timely recovery of outstanding dues.

* Coordination and follow-up with banks for routine banking matters.

* Inventory accounting and periodic stock verification.

* Preparation of financial reports and MIS as required by management.

* Any other accounting, administrative, operational, or managerial work assigned by the Management from time to time.

### Candidate Profile:

* Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.

* Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

* Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

* Willingness to undertake additional duties as assigned by Management.
