Job Description
- Accounting & BookkeepingMaintain day-to-day accounting records.
- Record all financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records.
- Accounts Payable & ReceivableProcess vendor invoices and payments.
- Follow up on customer outstanding payments.
- Reconcile supplier and customer accounts.
- Bank ReconciliationPerform monthly bank reconciliations.
- Verify and record all banking transactions.
- GST & Tax CompliancePrepare and file GST returns.
- Maintain GST records and reconciliations.
- Assist in tax audits and statutory compliance.
- Payroll ProcessingPrepare employee salary sheets.
- Process PF, ESI, TDS, and other statutory deductions.
- Maintain payroll records.
- Financial ReportingPrepare monthly MIS reports.
- Generate Profit & Loss Statements and Balance Sheets.
- Provide financial data to management as required.
- Cash Flow ManagementMonitor company cash flow.
- Maintain petty cash records.
- Ensure timely payments and collections.
- Audit SupportAssist internal and external auditors.
- Provide required financial documents and reports.
- Inventory & Asset ManagementMaintain inventory accounting records.
- Track company assets and depreciation.
- Compliance & DocumentationEnsure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions.
