Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations across multiple client sites in Baddi.
- Lead and supervise Security Supervisors, Field Officers, Security Guards, and Housekeeping staff.
- Ensure adequate manpower deployment and timely replacements for absenteeism.
- Conduct regular site inspections and surprise audits to maintain service quality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and promptly resolve operational concerns.
- Coordinate with the HR team on recruitment, onboarding, and manpower deployment.
- Monitor attendance, duty rosters, leave management, and shift scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, client requirements, and statutory regulations.
- Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions.
- Train and mentor field staff on discipline, safety, customer service, and emergency response.
- Ensure uniforms, equipment, and documentation are properly maintained.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team for attendance verification and billing support.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to senior management.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and support new client onboarding.
