Job Description
Job Title: Relationship Manager – CAT Channel
Department: Sales – CAT Channel
Industry: Life Insurance
Job PurposeTo drive life insurance sales through the CAT (Corporate Agency Tied/Corporate Agency) Channel by managing relationships with channel partners, generating business, and achieving assigned sales targets through partner engagement and customer acquisition.
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage and strengthen relationships with assigned Corporate Agency partners.
- Drive life insurance sales through partner branches and sales teams.
- Identify business opportunities and generate quality leads.
- Conduct regular partner visits, training sessions, and product presentations.
- Motivate partner employees to achieve business targets.
- Assist partners in customer meetings and joint sales calls.
- Ensure timely issuance of policies by coordinating with underwriting and operations teams.
- Monitor daily sales performance and prepare MIS reports.
- Maintain high levels of customer service and ensure policy persistency.
- Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and company policies.
- Cross-sell and upsell life insurance products based on customer needs.
