Job Summary
We are seeking energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executives for our Dehradun operations. The candidate will be responsible for generating new broadband subscribers, expanding the company's market presence, conducting field marketing activities, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development.
- Generate new broadband customers through field sales and direct marketing.
- Conduct door-to-door sales campaigns in residential societies and colonies.
- Promote GS Tech Broadband plans to residential and commercial customers.
- Generate business from apartments, gated societies, builders, educational institutions, hostels, shops, and offices.
- Meet assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Convert leads into successful broadband installations.
- Upsell higher-speed broadband plans and value-added services.
- Marketing ActivitiesConduct local promotional campaigns and brand awareness activities.
- Organize society stalls, kiosks, roadshows, and promotional events.
- Distribute brochures, pamphlets, and promotional materials.
- Identify new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Build relationships with RWAs, builders, property dealers, and local business owners.
- Customer Relationship ManagementUnderstand customer requirements and recommend suitable broadband plans.
- Explain pricing, installation process, and service features.
- Coordinate with the Operations and Installation Team for timely activation.
- Ensure complete KYC and documentation.
- Address customer queries professionally before and after installation.
- Generate customer referrals and repeat business.
- Market IntelligenceMonitor competitor pricing, promotional offers, and coverage areas.
- Submit regular market feedback and competitive analysis.
- Identify underserved localities for network expansion.
- ReportingSubmit Daily Sales Reports (DSR).
- Maintain accurate lead and customer records in CRM or company systems.
- Report daily field activities to the reporting manager.
- Provide weekly and monthly sales performance reports.

- EligibilityEducational QualificationGraduate in any discipline.
- MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.
- Experience0–3 years in Broadband, ISP, Telecom, DTH, FMCG, Banking, Insurance, or Field Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and willingness to work in field sales are encouraged to apply.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently in the field.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).
- Knowledge of Dehradun localities will be an added advantage.
- Preferred Candidate ProfilePrior experience in Broadband/ISP Sales.
- Good local network within Dehradun.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred.
- Comfortable with extensive field travel.
