Digital Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Sales Executive to help build and manage our growing e-commerce business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating product catalogs, photographing products, uploading listings, and maintaining accurate product information across online sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality product photographs using a smartphone or camera.
• Edit and optimize product images for online marketplaces and websites.
• Create and maintain product catalogs with accurate descriptions, specifications, pricing, and inventory details.
• Upload and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and the company website.
• Ensure all product information is accurate, up-to-date, and presented professionally.
• Organize and categorize products to improve customer browsing experience.
• Monitor product performance and suggest improvements to increase sales and visibility.
• Coordinate with management regarding new products, promotions, and pricing updates.
• Maintain digital records of product images, descriptions, and inventory information.
• Assist with online customer inquiries related to products when required.

Requirements

• Experience with e-commerce platforms, online marketplaces, or digital catalog management is preferred.
• Basic photography and photo-editing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Good written communication skills for creating product descriptions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple products and listings.
• Knowledge of social media and digital marketing is an added advantage.
