Job Description
We are hiring a Restaurant Operations Supervisor for Mutton Bullet Wala, Indirapuram. The person will be responsible for managing daily restaurant operations, online orders, offline orders, kitchen coordination, inventory, staff follow-up, and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Zomato/Swiggy and offline orders
- Coordinate between kitchen, packing, delivery and dine-in
- Prioritise urgent orders and avoid delays
- Monitor inventory and inform owner before items finish
- Supervise helpers/waiters and assign daily tasks
- Handle customer complaints politely
- Maintain cleanliness, order accuracy and daily reporting
- Follow up on small maintenance/vendor tasks when needed
