 New Era Travel Solution Pvt Ltd” is travel company providing domestic & international holiday packages , hotel bookings, flight booking and customized tanneries.We focus on great customer experience and end to end trip support.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Handle outbound

leads (calls, WhatsApp,and refrences) and convert them into bookings.

2) Understand customer needs and suggest best-fit packages (hotels, flights, sightseeing, transfers).

3) Create and share quotations/itineraries with clear inclusions, exclusions, and pricing.

4) Follow up consistently with leads and maintain a strong conversion pipeline.

5) Upsell & cross-sell (room upgrades, add-on activities, cab, insurance, etc.).

6) Coordinate with operations/partners for availability, confirmations, vouchers, and timelines.

7) Maintain lead data and follow-ups in CRM/Excel with proper remarks and next action dates.

8) Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

9)Resolve customer queries post-booking and ensure high satisfaction & repeat business.

 Required Skills & Qualification:

1) Minimum -0 to 3 years experience in travel sales (preferred). Freshers with strong communication can apply.

2) Strong communication in Hindi + English (verbal + WhatsApp writing).

3) Good understanding of travel products: packages,

hotels, flights, itinerary planning.

4) Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.

5) Comfortable with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Working Hours

10:30am-7:30pm (Sunday off)

Salary & Incentives

Between-18000 to 25000.
