Job Summary Wems Security & DD Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager with a strong background in the Security Services Industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring clients, preparing quotations, attending client meetings, participating in tenders, and achieving monthly sales targets.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with proven experience in marketing security manpower and facility management services.

• Salary & Employment Terms Fixed Salary: As per company standards.
• Working Days: 26 days per month.
• Probation Period: 6 months.
• Employment Type: Full-Time.
• Experience Required Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Security Services Business Development.
• Experience in facility management, manpower outsourcing, or related industries will be an added advantage.
• Key Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities for security and facility management services.
• Meet corporate clients, residential complexes, hospitals, hotels, industries, and commercial establishments.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Participate in government and private tenders.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with the operations team for smooth service implementation.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM records.
• Required Skills Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and client relationship management.
• Knowledge of security services, manpower deployment, and facility management.
• Good computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
• Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
• Preferred Qualification Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings will be an added advantage.
