Real Estate Telesales – Roles & Responsibilities :


Generate leads through phone calls.


Explain property details and project features.


Understand customer requirements and budget.


Schedule site visits for the sales team.


Follow up with interested customers regularly.


Maintain customer data in CRM.


Handle customer queries professionally.


Coordinate with the sales team to close deals.


Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead targets.
