Data Analyst – E-commerce

Job Responsibilities:

Analyze sales, inventory, and customer data from e-commerce platforms.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.

Monitor product performance, pricing, and sales trends.

Generate reports to support business decisions and improve operational efficiency.

Track order processing, returns, cancellations, and customer feedback.

Coordinate with the E-commerce, Accounts, and Operations teams to ensure data accuracy.

Maintain and update product, sales, and inventory databases.

Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve business performance.

Work with Excel and other reporting tools to prepare detailed analytical reports.

Eligibility:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in Data Analysis, MIS, or E-commerce Operations preferred.

Freshers with strong analytical and Excel skills may also apply.

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, SUMIF, INDEX-MATCH, Charts).

Knowledge of Google Sheets and Power BI is an added advantage.

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or other marketplaces is preferred.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

Good communication skills and attention to detail.
