• Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Qualification12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain company products and services effectively.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve basic queries.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer information.
• Update CRM software or Excel sheets with daily call reports.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams for customer follow-up and support.
• Required SkillsExcellent verbal communication skills.
• Good persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
• Strong follow-up and time management skills.
• Ability to handle objections confidently.
• Preferred QualitiesGood Hindi communication (English communication is an added advantage).
