Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a technically sound Sales Engineer to drive B2B sales of DG Sets, Servo Voltage Stabilizers, UPS Systems, and Earthing & Lightning Protection Solutions. The candidate will handle client meetings, technical presentations, and end-to-end sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across industrial, commercial, and institutional clients
  • Conduct client site visits to understand technical requirements (load calculation, KVA sizing, earthing needs)
  • Prepare and present technical proposals and quotations to clients
  • Coordinate with the technical/service team for site surveys, installation, and commissioning support
  • Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, and dealers
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Provide after-sales support and handle client queries related to product performance
  • Maintain CRM records of leads, follow-ups, and closures
