Job DescriptionTimezone is hiring a Junior Venue Service Engineer for its outlet at Nexus Shantiniketan Mall, Bangalore. We are looking for a technically skilled and enthusiastic candidate to ensure the smooth functioning, maintenance, and repair of arcade games, bowling equipment, and other entertainment attractions while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive and corrective maintenance of arcade games, bowling lanes, VR games, and other amusement equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues with minimal downtime.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintain maintenance records.
• Ensure all attractions are safe, operational, and ready for guest use.
• Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new gaming equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors and the technical support team for major repairs and spare parts.
• Maintain tools, spare parts inventory, and workshop cleanliness.
• Follow company SOPs, safety standards, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Support the venue operations team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable customer experience.
• Respond promptly to technical issues during operational hours.
• EligibilityDiploma/ITI/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in service engineering, maintenance, or technical support. Freshers with relevant technical qualifications are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
