Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the overall Human Resources function, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and business objectives.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities to meet workforce requirements.
  • Oversee employees on boarding, induction, confirmation, and exit processes.
  • Drive performance management systems, including appraisals, goal setting, and employee development plans.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement, retention, and welfare initiatives.
  • Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave administration, and statutory compliance.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning programs for employees.
  • Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports related to recruitment, attrition, employee performance, and workforce planning.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with department heads to forecast manpower requirements and succession planning.
  • Lead HR audits and maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
  • Support organizational change management initiatives and culture-building activities.
  • Manage HR budgets and optimize resource utilization.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of HR processes and recommend improvements for operational efficiency.
  • Travel, when required, for recruitment drives, employee engagement activities, and branch HR support.
  • Mentor and guide HR team members to ensure effective HR service delivery across the organization.
