Job Title: Technical Sales executive

Location: Raipur

Job Summary :-

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Technical Sales Engineer for a company dealing in Industrial Bearings, Lubricants, Greases, and Oils. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing customers, providing technical product support, and achieving sales targets across industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial sectors.

Promote and sell bearings, lubricants, greases, oils, and related industrial products.

Visit customers regularly for product demonstrations, technical discussions, and sales meetings.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.

Generate leads through field visits, references, and market research.

Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and industrial customers.

Follow up on inquiries, orders, payments, and customer feedback.

Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and timely deliveries.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Required Qualifications :-

Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

3 - 8 years of experience in industrial product sales, bearings, lubricants, greases, oils, or engineering products.

Strong technical and sales skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Ability to travel extensively for field sales activities.

Good knowledge of industrial applications and maintenance products.
