HR Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, payroll support, employee engagement, and statutory compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

Coordinate interview schedules and maintain candidate records.

Prepare appointment letters, offer letters, and employee documentation.

Process attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.

Manage employee onboarding and induction programs.

Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and other statutory requirements.

Maintain employee personal files and HR databases.

Handle employee queries and support grievance resolution.

Prepare HR reports and maintain MIS data.

Coordinate employee engagement and performance management activities.

Required Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.

Experience in PF, ESIC, labour laws, and HR operations.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Qualification:

MBA (HR) / BBA (HR) / Any Degree with HR specialization.
