Job Description
Develop and deliver sales training programs for new hires and existing sales staff.
Conduct onboarding sessions for new sales employees.
Train teams on sales processes, products, services, CRM systems, and industry best practices.
Assess training needs through performance analysis, feedback, and business requirements.
Create training materials, presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and assessments.
Conduct role-plays, coaching sessions, workshops, and field training.
Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with Sales Managers and leadership to align training with business goals.
Track employee performance after training and provide ongoing coaching.
Maintain training records and prepare training reports.
