Presales Executive

We are looking for a energetic Real Estate Pre-Sales Executive to join our vibrant team at Vasudha Global Solutions Private Limited ( Best Property Bazar ) . In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our potential property buyer. Your main goal is to take inbound leads from our digital campaigns, understand exactly what the buyer is looking for, and set up site visits for our premium developer partners like Godrej Properties, Shubhashish Homes and many more prestegious developers

• What You Will Do Engage Leads: Make outbound phone calls to warm leads generated through our Website / Google and Meta ad campaigns.
• Qualify Buyers: Ask smart questions to understand the customer's budget, timeline, and property preferences.
• Present Projects: Clearly explain the features, pricing, and lifestyle benefits of our plotted townships, luxury villas, and high-rise projects.
• Schedule Visits: Coordinate seamlessly with the client to confirm property site visits.
• Manage Data: Keep our CRM and WhatsApp Business systems completely up to date with accurate follow-up notes.
• Follow Up: Stay in touch with prospects who are still deciding, making sure our projects remain their top choice.
