We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Lead Generation Executive to identify potential customers and schedule meetings for our Business Development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential B2B customers through online research and databases.
- Generate leads using cold calling, email, LinkedIn, Google Maps, Justdial, IndiaMART, and social media.
- Contact businesses to introduce HOMSIST INDIA's services.
- Qualify prospects based on their requirements and decision-making authority.
- Schedule appointments for the Business Development Executive.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information.
- Follow up with prospective clients regularly.
- Generate leads from apartments, builders, construction companies, offices, schools, hospitals, hotels, retail outlets, factories, and commercial establishments.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
- Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Assamese is an advantage).
- Confident in telecalling and customer interaction.
- Good internet research skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
- Strong persuasion and follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, customer support, or lead generation is preferred.
Working Hours
Monday to Saturday
9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000/month (based on experience)

Daily:
- 80–120 outbound calls
- 30–50 WhatsApp/Email outreaches
- 10–15 meaningful conversations
- 5–8 qualified leads
- 2–4 appointments scheduled
Monthly:
- 120–150 qualified leads
- 40–60 client meetings scheduled
- Lead-to-meeting conversion of 30%+
- Meeting-to-proposal conversion tracking
