Job Summary:

Mibo is seeking responsible, disciplined, and service-oriented Security Guards to ensure the safety and security of patients, visitors, staff, and hospital premises. The role requires vigilance, professionalism, and a compassionate approach while maintaining a secure healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and secure hospital premises, entry and exit points.
• Verify visitors and guide them appropriately.
• Maintain security registers and visitor records.
• Conduct regular patrols of the building and surrounding areas.
• Prevent unauthorized access and report suspicious activities.
• Assist in emergency situations, including patient safety concerns.
• Coordinate with hospital management and local authorities when required.
• Ensure smooth traffic and parking management within the premises.
• Support staff in maintaining a safe and peaceful environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum SSLC/10th Pass.
• Prior security experience preferred.
• Physically fit and alert.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, including nights.
• Experience in hospitals, healthcare facilities, or institutions is an added advantage.

सिक्योरिटी गार्ड (6 पद)

कार्यस्थल: मिबो द माइंड एक्सपर्ट, बेंगलुरु

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:

• अस्पताल परिसर की सुरक्षा और निगरानी करना।
• आगंतुकों का प्रवेश एवं रिकॉर्ड बनाए रखना।
• परिसर में नियमित गश्त करना।
• किसी भी संदिग्ध गतिविधि की तुरंत सूचना देना।
• आपातकालीन परिस्थितियों में सहायता प्रदान करना।
• पार्किंग एवं प्रवेश-निकास व्यवस्था को सुचारु बनाए रखना।

योग्यता:

• न्यूनतम 10वीं पास।
• सुरक्षा कार्य का अनुभव वरीयता प्राप्त करेगा।
• शारीरिक रूप से स्वस्थ एवं सतर्क।
• दिन/रात्रि शिफ्ट में कार्य करने की क्षमता।

आवश्यक गुण: ईमानदारी, अनुशासन, जिम्मेदारी एवं अच्छा व्यवहार।
