Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & SalesIdentify and develop new business opportunities for AV and ELV solutions.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, industry events, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, consultants, architects, PMC firms, system integrators, and key decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Create and manage a healthy sales pipeline through CRM systems.
  • Client EngagementUnderstand client requirements and propose suitable AV and ELV solutions.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, demonstrations, and solution workshops.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling commercial and technical proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to secure profitable business.
  • Project & Tender ManagementCoordinate with technical, design, estimation, and project teams for solution development.
  • Review RFPs, RFQs, tenders, and bid documents.
  • Participate in tender submissions and contract negotiations.
  • Ensure smooth project transition from sales to execution teams.
  • Market DevelopmentMonitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Identify new market segments and strategic growth opportunities.
  • Develop partnerships with technology vendors and industry stakeholders.
  • Represent CKS at industry exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
  • Account ManagementMaintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Support collections and payment follow-ups where required.
  • Reporting & ForecastingMaintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
  • Track achievement against sales targets and KPIs.
  • Submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly business development reports.
  • Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to management.
