About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to drive business growth for our advertising agency. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, generate leads, and close deals for branding, digital marketing, creative design, website development, and advertising services.
Key Responsibilities
• New client acquisition.
• Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable advertising, branding, and digital marketing solutions.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and pitch decks.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in an advertising, branding, digital marketing, or creative agency.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close high-value deals.
• Experience in B2B sales within the advertising or digital marketing industry.
