Job Title: Sales Executive – Roofing Materials

Job Summary

Roofing Pro Private Limited is hiring a Sales Executive to promote and sell our roofing products. We are looking for experienced candidates with a strong sales background in the building materials industry who can build relationships with architects, builders, contractors, consultants, and dealers.

Key Responsibilities

* Visit architects, builders, contractors, consultants, and dealers to generate new business.

* Conduct site visits to identify ongoing and upcoming projects.

* Cold calling and lead generation.

* Present product samples and obtain sample approvals.

* Promote and sell Roofing Pro products.

* Follow up until order closure.

* Coordinate with the backend team for order processing and dispatch.

* Follow up on payment collections.

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

* Achieve monthly sales targets and submit daily activity reports.

Qualifications

* 12th Pass, IT Diploma, or any Degree.

Experience

* Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the Building Materials industry is mandatory.

* Only experienced candidates with Building Materials sales experience will be considered.

Required Skills

* Strong communication and negotiation skills.

* Experience in project sales and B2B sales.

* Ability to work with architects, builders, contractors, and dealers.

* Good follow-up and customer relationship management skills.

* Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
