Job Title: DG Coordinator

Location: GURUGRAM

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and proactive DG Coordinator to manage DG operations, maintenance activities, vendor coordination, and service-related documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer complaints and coordinate timely resolutions.

• Monitor and coordinate DG servicing, maintenance, and breakdown activities.

• Coordinate with vendors for purchases, spare parts, and service requirements.

• Prepare, maintain, and manage DG commissioning reports.

• Track service requests, maintenance schedules, and operational activities.

• Maintain accurate records and submit reports on time.

• Follow up with service teams and vendors to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.

• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
