Salary: ₹26,000 per month

Role OverviewWe are hiring Customer Support Representatives for a Technical Chat Process based in Jaipur (Mansarovar). This role is ideal for freshers and candidates looking to build a career in technical support, along with experienced professionals who can handle customer queries effectively through chat.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer interactions via chat in a professional and timely manner
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide accurate solutions
- Maintain quality and productivity standards as per process guidelines
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and first-contact resolution
- Document customer interactions and follow internal processes
- Eligibility CriteriaQualification: Graduates & Undergraduates can apply
