Job Title: Student CounsellorJob SummaryWe are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Student Counsellor to guide prospective students in selecting suitable courses and career paths. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counselling students, handling admissions, following up on inquiries, and ensuring an excellent student experience throughout the admission process.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
• Handle walk-in, telephonic, email, and online inquiries professionally.
• Understand students' academic background and recommend suitable programs.
• Convert inquiries into admissions by providing accurate information and continuous follow-up.
• Explain course curriculum, fee structure, scholarships, and payment options.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, counselling sessions, and admissions in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the admissions, academic, and finance teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students to maximize admission conversions.
• Participate in education fairs, seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
• Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets while maintaining high student satisfaction.
• Required QualificationsGraduate in any discipline (Master's degree is an added advantage).
• 1–3 years of experience in student counselling, academic counselling, admissions, education sales, or customer relationship management.
• Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills may also apply.
• Required SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong counselling, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build trust and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
