Role Overview - We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing Stock Market Advisory firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, explaining our financial advisory services, and supporting business growth through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, leads, and referrals
Explain company services related to stock market advisory, and investment research
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable advisory services
Maintain and update client data in CRM systems
Follow up with prospective clients to close sales
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business
Ensure compliance with company policies and SEBI guidelines
Eligibility Criteria
Freshers are welcome (training will be provided)
6 months to 1 year experience in BDE, Tele Sales, Financial Sales, or Stock Market industry preferred
Graduation in any discipline (Finance/Commerce preferred but not mandatory)
Strong communication and convincing skills (Hindi & English preferred)
Basic knowledge of stock market / trading / investment is an advantage
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Immediate joiners will be given preference
