A Bar Captain is responsible for managing bar operations, ensuring excellent beverage service, supervising bartenders, maintaining inventory, and driving beverage sales while following company SOPs and legal compliance.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise the daily operations of the bar.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per company standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through prompt and courteous service.
• Train and guide bartenders on recipes, presentation, and service standards.
• Maintain beverage stock, conduct daily opening and closing inventory, and minimize wastage.
• Monitor liquor cost and control breakage/spillage.
• Ensure bar cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety compliance.
• Verify guests' legal drinking age and follow all applicable liquor laws.
• Recommend premium beverages and cocktails to increase sales.
• Coordinate with the restaurant service team for smooth guest service.
• Prepare daily sales and inventory reports.
