Job SummaryAnnapurna Spices is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Specialist to manage, maintain, and analyze business data. The candidate will be responsible for preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports, maintaining accurate records, creating dashboards, and supporting management with data-driven insights to improve business performance.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMIS & ReportingPrepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports.
• Generate sales, production, inventory, dispatch, attendance, and HR reports.
• Maintain accurate data in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Create and update dashboards for management.
• Ensure timely submission of reports.
• Data ManagementCollect data from Sales, Production, Accounts, HR, Inventory, and Logistics departments.
• Verify data accuracy before preparing reports.
• Maintain master databases and ensure data integrity.
• Manage employee attendance and leave records.
• Analysis & DashboardAnalyze sales trends and business performance.
• Track departmental KPIs and KRAs.
• Prepare performance reports for management review.
• Identify discrepancies and provide corrective recommendations.
• System & DocumentationMaintain daily backups of MIS files.
• Coordinate with departments for data collection.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of reports.
• Support automation of reports using Excel formulas and Google Sheets.
• Required SkillsAdvanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, IF, SUMIF, INDEX-MATCH)

• QualificationBachelor's Degree (B.Com, BBA, BCA, MBA, or equivalent)
• Certification in Advanced Excel or MIS is preferred.
• Experience1–3 years of experience in MIS, Data Analysis, or Reporting.
• FMCG or Manufacturing industry experience will be an added advantage.

Salary₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

• Working HoursMonday to Saturday
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
