SalaryUp to ₹20,000 per month

ExperienceMinimum 1 Year of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Telecalling, or Customer Support is preferred.

QualificationGraduate (Any Discipline)

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain products and services to generate sales opportunities.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Resolve customer queries professionally and provide excellent service.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication and convincing skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Good customer handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
• Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
• Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, BPO, Customer Support, or Lead Generation.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
