Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a smart, responsible, and eager-to-learn E-Commerce Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of our online stores. Freshers with good computer knowledge and a willingness to learn are welcome.
- ResponsibilitiesManage products on our e-commerce website
- Process customer orders and coordinate dispatch
- Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and email
- Update product details, pricing, and inventory
- Assist in daily e-commerce operations and reporting
- Support marketing activities and promotional campaigns
- Work with the team to ensure smooth business operations
- Requirements12th Pass or Graduate
- Basic computer knowledge
- Familiarity with MS Excel and internet tools
- Good communication skills (Gujarati, Hindi & Basic English)
- Responsible, organized, and quick learner
- Experience with WordPress or e-commerce platforms is a plus (not mandatory)
