CASA Sales Officer

• Responsibilities
• Acquire new Current Account and Savings Account customers.
• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, cold calling, and networking.
• Meet monthly CASA acquisition and deposit targets.
• Cross-sell banking products such as debit cards, credit cards, loans, insurance, and fixed deposits.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to increase account activity and retention.
• Conduct KYC documentation and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
• Identify potential business clients, salaried professionals, and self-employed individuals.
• Coordinate with branch teams to ensure smooth account opening and customer onboarding.
• Resolve customer queries and provide excellent service.
• Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM systems.

• Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• 1-6 years of experience in banking sales, financial services, insurance, or field sales
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to achieve sales targets in a field-sales environment.
• Basic knowledge of banking products and KYC norms.
• Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
• Willingness to travel locally for customer acquisition.
