Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary:

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and promoting the company's products or services to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential customers.
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Prepare quotations and negotiate deals.
  • Follow up on inquiries and customer feedback.
  • Submit sales reports and market updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • 0–3 years of sales experience (or freshers, if applicable).
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM software.
