Job Description
About the RoleWe are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Jewellery Consultant to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting diamond jewellery, providing exceptional service, achieving sales targets, and enhancing the overall shopping experience.
- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable diamond jewellery products.
- Explain diamond characteristics, quality, certifications, pricing, and product features.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure a luxury shopping experience.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales service.
- Maintain product displays and showroom presentation standards.
- Generate leads and convert walk-in customers into sales.
- Assist in inventory management and stock verification.
- Stay updated on jewellery trends, diamond knowledge, and company products.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
